Leadership Training

WE Bridge Academy, in association with Quiver Management, a triple European Quality Award winning coaching and training company offers leadership training for international executives and managers.

As well as our standard programmes we pride ourselves on our ability to design bespoke programmes to meet your needs and the needs of your company.

We are well practised at incorporating both business skills training with Business English that is specific to a particular sector to create the perfect training package for you. Our ability to build in cultural and activity trips, as well as time for sightseeing and even shopping makes our programmes the ideal professional training opportunity!

Our programmes are designed for groups of 6 or more with a special emphasis on developing understanding of the international business climate.

As well as being able to offer our leadership training within our own executive premises in Cardiff, we are also experienced in delivering bespoke programmes abroad so if you prefer, WE Bridge Academy can deliver training on site at your own location.

​Our standard programmes include:

International Business English and Leadership

This is a two-week intensive training programme that offers you an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in an English speaking environment. You will receive:

  • Six days of Business English training 
  • Four days of international leadership training
  • Focussed course elements customised to your industry
  • Four short excursions to explore Welsh history and culture
  • A buffet lunch every day of the training

Leadership Training for Managers and Executives

This four-week course is designed to equip international executives and managers achieve their full potential in a highly competitive global market. You will receive:​

  • Comprehensive training in 11 different areas of leadership and skills
  • Training from highly qualified top international business executives and trainers
  • High quality training manual to use for years to come
  • Course review and reflection
  • The opportunity to take the Trinity College London ‘Spoken English for Work’ (SEW) exam
  • Tailored discussions to meet your needs and situation
  • Four full-day excursions with a qualified guide to explore British culture and history
  • A buffet lunch every day of the training

​All of our leadership programmes are designed to cater for individuals with English of a Pre-Intermediate (CEFR B1) level or above. There is an option to invite a professional interpreter if required.
